Arlen’s recent work has centered on combining Lean principles and methods with Agile execution to dramatically improve both the speed and quality of business results. He has also led the integration of interaction design and usability practices into Agile methodologies, presenting and training frequently at both industry conferences and to Fortune 100 clients.
David Bulkin is Managing Director of Training Services at Grow-Lean LLC, helping individuals, teams, and organizations apply agile and lean methods to grow capability. This reduces complexity, bureaucracy, and burden. David delivers agile training and coaching. He’s helped many thousands of people journey from plan-driven to adaptive methods, training over 20,000 people on agile and coaching hundreds more.
David is known for high energy, never boring, practical, fun, training and coaching. He has 35 years’ experience delivering software and systems applying agile methods for 18 years across the entire value stream from strategy and product ideation to development and support.
