Growing from a failed waterfall project to a successful agile transformation – She has experimented her ways out in the VUCA world. She has co-created structural agility by being a part of the Agile Guiding Coalition of an insurance organization. She has helped in establishing dual operating system in the organization in order to drive change.

Measuring success of transformation in terms of employee satisfaction, Net Promoter Score and various other metrics – Ritu has enabled organizations to realize their true potential in terms of Agility.

Having ~11 years of professional experience with IT Products and Services using Cloud, IoT, AI/ML, Data Analytics, RPA, QA, and DevSecOps etc. technologies. Technology and Lean Agile (Leadership, Culture, and Management) IT Product / Project / Program Management Enthusiast.

Worked with Cognizant, ADP, and Atos in past. Published Author of Book “Mastering Advanced Scrum”. Speaker at many global conferences and educational institutes. Holding 2 Innovation Patents and many globally recognized certifications. MBA in Systems Specialization from University of Mumbai, Mumbai. MTech in Software Development & Management from Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore. BE in Information Technology from KIT’s College of Engineering (Autonomous), Kolhapur.
