In last 8 years as Enterprise Agile coach, Vivek has coached teams across 4 continents and over 12 countries. With total 15+ years of experience working in Agile, Vivek have expertise in 7 different agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, BDD, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps and XP).

Currently he is serving a few large-size European Enterprises as an agile evangelist; coaching IT leadership (CIO, CTO, CDO, and Portfolio Management), and enabling business agility by end-to-end agile transformation. Along with Technical Agility, Vivek has expertise in implementing Agile Portfolio Management, Agile Contracting framework, Agile Architecture, and designing Agile org. structure. Apart from serving large companies, Vivek is very active in start-up space as well, and is a regular blogger and Vlogger at various agile and start-up community forums.
