While Agile has become mainstream gaining value consistently has not. This new Customer focused Agile Framework is explicit to aid adoption and facilitate adaptation for Customer Agility, Enterprise Agility, Divisional Agility, Solutions Agility and Delivery Agility use cases.

The panel session will enable participants to both challenge to concepts and participate in the community that will drive innovation around new and better ways of working. Outcomes 1: An understanding of how Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and four other AI’s, with #CSAT, #NPS, #ESG and #PRI can establish the Customer’s North Star.
Outcomes 2: An understanding of how to structure an organisation, processes and people around Orchestration to ensure transparency and focus of effort for Value.
Outcomes 3: Clarity around how the Customer initiates and prioritizes work in organisations, what values and outcomes are derived from such an engagement.
