    Comic Agile is when agility meets reality in a fun and entertaining way. Meet Luxshan Ratnaravi & Mikkel Noe-Nygaard who may have created the most lighthearted look at agile transformation. If you’re a fan of Dilbert, the office or just enjoy making fun of reality, you don’t want to miss Comic Agile or this interview with these amazing Danish geniuses.

    Mikkel Noe-Nygaard holds an MA in Architecture with a background in sustainable buildings and a specialty in Communications Design, but has always been working with user experience in software. Mikkel designs both hyper-complex cloud-based expert tools and simple mobile applications with the same pride, and always puts the user first in aesthetic, efficient solutions. After 20 years of software enterprise experience, spanning diverse areas such as public health care and insurance, pension fund investments, tax and property registration and, at the time of writing, sustainable energy at Vestas, Mikkel has found his second calling as a cartoonist!.

    Fun fact: Mikkel is a multiple times Danish Champion in underwater photography (@pressurepixels) and has participated in the sinking of a 55 meters long 220 tons ferry in order to make it an artificial reef.

    Luxshan Ratnaravi holds an MSc in Software Engineering and is an Agile Coach with the Danish financial software solutions provider Bankdata. He’s constantly on a mission of improving the status quo from his position between being an agile ideologist and a pragmatic problem-solver

    Luxshan’s professional mission in life, which has taken him through jobs as, e.g., IT Business Analyst, Product Owner, Release Train Engineer and Agile Coach, is to relentlessly improve companies by challenging their worn-out habits, reinforcing their purpose and helping them in continuously improving their practices through the awesome values, principles and practices from the agile space.

    Fun fact: Luxshan has freestyle battle rapped in front of 10,000 people at Roskilde Festival and founded a league for pre-written rap battles in Danish.
